This letter serves as official verification of payment fulfillment as outlined under the Commercial Co-Venture (CCV) agreement executed between Children of Persia, Inc. and YASU on June 8, 2026.

Children of Persia, Inc. confirms receipt of the above charitable contribution from YASU pursuant to the terms of the campaign and the applicable agreement between the parties.
The contribution will support Children of Persia's charitable programs benefiting underprivileged children and their families through health, education, and social services. These programs include educational assistance, medical and health support, family and community relief, assistance to children in need, and disaster-relief initiatives.
Children of Persia, Inc. appreciates YASU's participation as a corporate and brand partner and its commitment to using its commercial platform to generate meaningful charitable support for children and families in need.
For purposes of campaign reconciliation, Children of Persia, Inc. confirms that the contribution stated above represents the amount received in connection with the qualifying campaign activity described in this letter. Supporting sales, campaign, and payment records may be maintained by the respective parties in accordance with the applicable campaign agreement and regulatory requirements.
Where applicable, this document may be used as supporting documentation for the parties' campaign reconciliation and any required commercial co-venture or charitable solicitation reporting with relevant governmental authorities.
Children of Persia, Inc. is a U.S. 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to improving the well-being of children and families in need through health, education, and social-service initiatives. The organization operates through a volunteer-supported model and has undertaken humanitarian, educational, medical, and disaster-relief projects.
